Our office works with Cherry, Alphaeon, Proceed Finance and Scratch Pay to provide a range of financing choices with various payment terms and approval processes. We accept Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), allowing you to use pre-tax dollars for your dental care. Our staff is available to answer questions about financing applications, help you understand terms, and guide you through the approval process to ensure you have a clear understanding of your payment options before beginning treatment.
Additionally, we offer unique in-house financing plans designed specifically for dental implant and surgical procedures as well as other extensive services. Our internal financing provides 100% approval with no credit checks, as we assume all the risk to make advanced dental care accessible to more patients. Payment arrangements are determined on a case-by-case basis, and we’re proud to offer 0% financing options for qualified patients. DISCLOSURE: Treatment costs vary based on individual needs and the complexity of procedures required. Membership plans include preventive services and provide discounts on restorative and surgical treatments. A one-time setup fee of $55 per individual or $95 per family applies to all membership plans and is non-refundable. Insurance reimbursement depends on your specific plan benefits and coverage levels. Financing options are subject to approval based on creditworthiness and lender requirements. Our financial coordinators will provide detailed cost estimates and help you understand all payment options before beginning treatment.

Seattle Smiles Company is in-network with select PPO insurance plans, and we’re happy to work with patients who have out-of-network coverage. We accept UnitedHealthcare PPO, Delta Dental CCN (Community Care Network for Veterans), and work extensively with TRICARE Military through our Delta Dental CCN network. Our administrative team handles all aspects of insurance coordination, from verifying benefits to submitting claims on your behalf.
For patients with out-of-network PPO plans, we’ll file your claims and provide all necessary documentation to help you receive maximum reimbursement from your insurance company. We review your coverage before treatment begins, provide accurate estimates of your expected costs, and explain what portion your insurance will likely cover. Our goal is to remove the confusion from dental insurance so you can focus on receiving the exceptional care you deserve.
